Compliance
Compliance is not merely the responsibility of the Key Individual but every staff member in the FSP.
The accountability of Compliance rest with the KI. Due to the highly regulated environment in which an FSP must operate, this can be very time-consuming. We work with you and assist you in ensuring that your FSP is compliant with regulations.
We can also assist you with the registration process of a new FSP at the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).
Client Relations

Commissions & Budgeting
